I bought my new MBA not long ago, but the current capacity is already at 96%

Is there something wrong with my battery or this is considered to be normal?
thanks :)
It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) is more or less than 100%, even when brand new, or if it fluctuates up or down over time. For further details, read the CHECKING STATUS AND HEALTH section of the following link.

I highly recommend you take the time to read the Apple Notebook Battery FAQ.

Some of you have very high rates, I use my MBA off power everyday (I do connect to power to recharge in between) but my cycle count is at 151, bought last October. Health 94%.

I've used it on the road every day since May, but I normally use it plugged in, unless I'm on a train etc.

Its interesting how much the battery number change over a week. I now have 8 days later
