Read post #522. It's not faulty. It's normal.seems like my first macbook pro is also a faulty uni. 2012 ivy bridge model, 2 weeks old, 13 cycles and the battery health is already down to 93%; battery capacity is 5394/5770.

Results vary from one computer to another. You're only seeing a small sampling in this thread. If you think your computer has a problem, take it to Apple.how is it normal when everyone is reporting much better results?
As I asked in the other thread where you posted this same question, what model Mac do you have? The built-in batteries in the newer Mac unibody notebooks come pre-calibrated and do not require regular calibration like the removable batteries.while calibrating my battery last time, i let the drained battery rest for about 9 hours. Apple says 5 hours or longer. What is the max i can rest it for? i'd gone to sleep while calibrating. and it really suxxx... plz help...
yeah, am sorry i forgot to mention the model. it's a 2011 macbook pro core2duo 4GB RAM... thanx! As I asked in the other thread where you posted this same question, what model Mac do you have? This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:
My powerbook is at 70 months and well into its second battery. I guess you are doing ok. Go Titanium!
For the record:
Battery health: 76%
Current: 3220 mAh
Original: 4200 mAh
136 loadcycles
Mine died at 285 cycles. Had to have it replaced by a genius. It did last two years, though.
Try recalibrating it.
My early 2009 MBP has a few hundred cycles (not sure of the exact number but < 400) and is at 72% original capacity. It spent a lot of time plugged in which is why the cycle count seems pretty low, and that probably hurt the battery.
I switched to my spare to see if it helps, but the spare is a $40 one I got from Amazon... and it does weird things.
mines been through 499 cycles
im at 68%
