1 external IP and 7 internal for me. 9 if you count the airport and the ethernet ports on the powerbook and ibook - although they're not used at the same time, I do have addresses reserved for them.

BTW, the MAC address reservation on my AEBS works flawlessly (as did my netgear WGR614 before it)

I'm using that exact set up with pre-defined leases for specific MAC addresses, works a treat. Also using the DNS server in DD-WRT.

7, btw.
Hmmm....oh well. My WRT54G is a piece of **** anyways, the address reservation is the least of my issues with it.....

3 real live IPs

I have 3 routable IPs and I have a router connected to one of them. Most of the stuff that is used goes though the router, so I might be using 6 to 7 IPs from that.

The other two IPs are use in case my router locks up and I'm too lazy to reset the router. Also if I wanted to do some online gaming that that router will not allow. I know you can fix it in the router settings.

But go though all that when I just can change to one of my routable IPs. I know of the risks for PCs. I mostly use them when I am playing online game and host some of those game my self (You can do that if you have a total re-routable IP.
