Just the 3GS. Bought in on impulse when Apple announced that the 3rd gen iPod Touch doesn't have a camera. My first, and hopefully last, provider-locked phone. Won't buy any newer iPhone unless it's unlocked.

I own the original iPhone, 1 iPhone 3G, 2 iPhone 3GS's (One black and one white), and two iPhone 4's because I'm a medical resident so I could be at the hospital for 35 hours straight sometimes using my iPhone all the time to look up information and use my medical apps so when one iPhone 4 dies, I just slip the SIM into the other and BAM, I am good to go.
