I remeber when those were in the states. My dad almost bought a 505. Talks about how he should've all the time......

I don't know if she should have, but they sure looked nice at the time.

A few months ago, I scraped a 100,000 miles '90 Audi 100 and got this little car for city driving instead. The Audi was a hog on gas and a pain to park. Before that I had a 1992 Mitsubishi Pajero which had 180,000 miles on the odometer.

'97 Dodge Caravan, 178k. Still runs great, starting to look it's age. We bought it new when the kids were little. They now drive their own cars. I hope to drive it till it reaches 200k, then I might look for something newer and a bit less "mini-van".

About a year and a half ago I hit that special milage in every nerd's heart that comes but once (possibly twice) in a car's life. I had to pull over and take a picture.

I think I'm up to 45k now.

I just want to say how jealous I am. I have lusted after an NSX ever since I first saw one in the car mags. :D

Thanks, it's been a lot of fun. Maybe I jinxed myself by posting, but the radiator popped a seam on the way home from work today so it's down until next week. In almost 7 years and 80,000+ miles this is the first time it's stranded me. I am a sad Panda. :(

That thing is totaled. I'll take it off your hands for a couple hundred bucks.

Cars I would like to own some day:
Subaru Sti
NSX
E55 wagon

I just hit 140k on my 1998 Camry but I've been putting money away for a new car, and hope to have a new one within the next year or so.
There is a huge difference between a heavy car with a four cylinder in California (It was originally bought new by my grandmother in California, then given to me when she no longer had any use for it.) versus here in Colorado at over 6000ft elevation where I live.
I've been looking at a new Civic, but with a manual transmission; maybe even the SI model. Either way, even the regular version has more horsepower than my current car, and it weighs quite a bit less.
