People who really bother me tend to get banned within the day, so I don't usually have to worry about it.

You still see that the people on your blocked list have posted. And you can see what they said when they're quoted. Most of them have been banned, and others just don't post much anymore. I don't mind those with opposing opinions, but trolling is annoying. And that's a BAD place to troll.

Unless you were kidding. Which you probably were. So I'll shut up now.

Some people in the poll have 100 names on their list. The forums must look pretty deserted.

Not if they're people who never post. Or spammers who've been banned (which seems redundant to me, but whatever). Or they were kidding based on the odd spacing of the poll options, which would be my guess.

I had this weird experience relatively early on where I made an (admittedly) sarcastic comment in someone's thread, but not one that I would think would make most people really upset. And the person responded very angrily...demanding that I never reply in a thread of his again, or something like this. And then that person was banned the next day, I guess for another fight somewhere else on MR... and has never come back, as far as I know. It was really strange.

Actually I thought I only had 2 on there, there are 4! People that I don't see anymore though, maybe they got tired or banned.
