Well some sources seem to think it will be an afternoon launch. I'll believe it when i hear it from apple themselves.
Haven't you seen the other iPad uk thread? Someone from PCW says 5pm launch as well as some argos listings stating 5pm availability.links? I havent heard anything about this...
im trying not to believe them because i NEED a 9am launch, im not that insane to queue til 5pm.

Never ever heard of a launch that wasnt 8/9am! If i have to cue all day i will but ideally a morning launch is what we all would like

the US had a 5pm launch, unlucky bunch.
O man i missed that! Yea that is unlucky! hopefully by Monday UK Apple stores will have more info. I was told to ring back when i receive the 'notify me' email from Apple.
Sorry that sounded miss leading now. No nothing was mentioned but i would hope with 4 days until launch (by monday that is) they would have an update

Oh haha. I really hope it's not an afternoon launch. Would be awkward stood there in the day haha. Just bought a flask ready for the 25th should keep me warm. And might have to buy a umbrella because it shows rain towards the end of the weekend :/
But I will be there clutching my visa card waiting for apple to open. Also I went in there last week and asked if they would be open 1 hour early and he said we haven't got that info yet whilst nodding and smiling. So fingers crossed! Haha!!!
Also I have been trying to ignore the fact many people saying they will be moving the release date further back due to shortages. I don't agree with that! :/ what you think?
Don't think they will, the site was updated yesterday with more "coming 25th March" banners and ads so I highly doubt it. Plus, there are many retailers relying on that date so apple would have given them notice.
No i didnt think they would but everyone is making a big song and dance about it so wondered what everyone else's thoughts where?

People do say stuff like this just incase it's correct so they can say I told you so! But if the US had it we will 99% get it too!
What time are the store going to say open till if they only open at 5!
Oh no the way it works with after noon launches or even evening launches is the store is open as normal and at like 3-5 its closed to fit in the new ipads and then open again at 5 ready for the sale. i just hope its not the case!
But what time would they stay open until? Midnight? If they have 200 people in the cue then they cant surely turn people away at like 8/9?
Open for two hours only. So they will turn people away. And another 'new' report is suggesting this. Oh why can't they just let us know I need to sort my life out! :L
