    Hello,

Seems like this simple question should have a simple answer online, but I didn't find it. Does it have 2, or 4? The apple store implies that the 2.5GHz has 2, and the 2.7GHz has 4. The specs on Apple's site talk about max RAM, which is not helpful at all as we know that some macs can have more RAM than what Apple says...

So, how many RAM slots does the base 2.5GHz, mid-2011 iMac have?

    Thanks

    Loa

All 2011 iMacs have 4 RAM slots

No difference between CPU speed or screen size...

    Hello,

    Thanks.

Sry for not reading the subject line, I'm used to all of them starting with Re:... or being blank.

    4 total slots.

2 of the 4 slots are taken by the 2 x 2gb RAM sticks.
