I'm glad I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Four years ago, I visited Italy in July. It was in the 90s every day and miserable to walk around but on the plus side, I never had to try to find a public restroom because anything I drank left as sweat. Very efficient! :p

30-50 times a day. I've been told by friends that it sounds like an infection because of the occasional pain I have on my lower right back sometimes. I don't see doctors so this is the way I've been living for the past year.

This is much removed from wisdom.

Also called denial.

What are you afraid they will find, and how does delaying the discovery in any way help the situation??

When you lose a kidney you'll be seeing a doctor way more often. Considering a simple urine test will tell you, it's pretty silly. You can even buy one at the drug store and test yourself then if it's positive go to the doctor and get some antibiotics.

If the shoe fits, I put it on.

In this case the suggestion was that the poster could not afford medical treatment for a urinary/bladder problem. That speaks to the system in place, does it not??

See, there really is life after death. :)

John,I fail to see how pee and politics are related:confused::confused::)

Perhaps, he doesn't have insurance and can't afford to pay for a doctor or he doesn't even have a job, etc.

Yeah, too bad we don't have universal health care. Thanks, Republicans!

Anyway, if he/she goes to a minute clinic or free clinic they can treat simple things like a UTI at low cost. Once it gets to a kidney infection, he/she is SOL. That's why you should have insurance and go to the doctor yearly. A stitch in time saves nine.

No clue! Lots though. I drink a lot of fluids, always have. They are to drink after all.

Can't sleep if I even need the smallest of wee's. I get up 1-3 times a night because I can never sleep if it's in there.

Absolutely correct. I don't have insurance and can't afford it. $30/week will take a decent chunk out of my paycheck and I live paycheck to paycheck at the moment. I've cut out my DirecTV and any other un-needed things that I don't need to be able to buy food and pay the mortgage. I did have a second job that I started back in April but had to quit when they did not pay me twice in April and I still haven't got paid to this day. Unfortunately, I have to eat too.

The urination frequency was much worse last September when I noticed it suddenly. It probably started over the summer but I didn't notice due to the increased fluid consumption over the summer and driving my car for my job which had no AC. At the time, I had to make a trip to the bathroom sometimes every five minutes and sometimes, literally as soon as I left the bathroom to go to the next room, even if it was to squeeze out two drops. Now sometimes at least I can go three hours in between and sometimes I can sleep the entire night.

Yes I can go to the county at reduced cost. Maybe soon.
