On average, I consume daily:
6 cups of coffee
3 beers
About the same - working on stopping any alcohol consumption at home unless something special, otherwise I go out and spend a bunch of money buying Rochefort 10s and I drink 6 of em. Not sustainable lol.
Can you drink six Rochefort 10s? Wow.
I have never managed more than two, and most nights, if that is my tipple of choice, I will confine myself to one, sipping it slowly for a few hours and savouring it hugely in the process.
I should add my consumption is per year not per day!
I probably have around 7 large cups of tea a day though.
I know. But 0.027 beers a day is a strange answer! The thread asks about daily - not annual - consumption.
On average, zero a day for both.
Specifically: I almost never have coffee. I consider it one of the most overrated things in existence (no offense to much of the world). I will drink it when someone brings coffee from Starbucks or something, and occasionally I will have a little bit when my roommates make coffee, but otherwise I don't care for it. I probably drink on average a few cups a year.
For alcohol, I drink occasionally at parties, which amounts to maybe once a month. And when I do drink, well, I tend to get pretty soused. I'm not in it for the tasteAnd I don't care for beer either!
To be perfectly honest, most of the time, I only drink water.![]()
none, quit coffee & soda a couple of months ago. lost 5 pounds and kept it off.
