No, I mean the majority of the weight is due to the glass and display. What were you expecting the weight to be reduced by 50%?

I don't think we'll even notice the few ounces it is reduced by but it seems the smaller size will be more noticeable,

I was somewhat disappointed. Not a deal-breaker, buy I would have preferred lighter.
