wow, some pretty pedantic people around the forums ;) me personally i wipe the screen with a tissue or my shirt sleeve when i notice smudges are getting in the way of reading, and that's pretty much it. that might sound slightly careless but ive honestly never had a scrape on any of my technical devices and that without the aid from screen protectors and the like. (minus of course, the ipod classics back, though that scratches up even with a cover, for the most part).

As often as my glasses. Whenever I can't see properly I clean my screen. Microfiber cloth and lcd cleaner for me.

usually once a week or when i cannot stand the marks the smart cover makes.

I use 70% alcohol + paper towels. I use that to clean just about anything.

Probably once/day or if it is really dirty/fingerprints. Right in the midst of a severe pollen week I could barely take it outside without an instant yellow coat. Crazy.

Multiple times a day, because I use it 16 hours a day (obviously not in a row). Once or twice a week with a 50/50 vinegar water solution to disinfect...maybe three times...depends in the dirt.

I'm constantly using the smart cover to wipe off dust and finger prints whenever the dust or prints interfere with the screen. I'm very picky and can't stand when smudges distort the image or when dust acts like dead pixels. So probably 1-2 times a day I give it a quick rub with the smart cover's microfibers. I won't typically clean it though.

I keep a freshly washed micro fiber cloth with my iPad, at all times. If needed I moisten one corner with water and that works well. I clean it at least twice daily, that keeps debris from building up & the entire device looks like new. It's fast & easy. No expensive, money wasting, chemical cleaners required.
