I find its fun to use when you don't know what you want to listen to and you want to take a look through your albums.

Ditto. This happens to me a lot, where I'm listening to stuff, but then get in the mood for something else. I just don't know WHAT else, at first -- but a quick look through coverflow, and something usually catches my eye.

The only problem is that I like to mostly listen in shuffle mode, but occassionally want to hear a specific song in the middle of my randomness. However, if I'm in shuffle mode, then switch to coverflow, find a song, and play it -- it then switches to that album only, and shuffle mode is lost. It just means having to manually going back to shuffle mode again -- but I wish there was a way for that to happen automatically through some kind of setting.

I definitely would love more customization for iPod functions in general. And yes, coverflow for playlists!

Maybe the feature appeals more to the slightly older user?...harks back to the "old" days, when that was how you chose your music by flicking through vinyl album covers.

Maybe once or twice since February. I make playlists and then set use shuffle, if there is a song I don't want to listen to why in the heck is it in a playlist in the first place?

I don't "hate" coverflow, but the relationship has been rocky. It is just more annoying than useful, IMO.

Can't say I ever use it, because I never want to have to select songs an album at a time. If it automatically went on to the next album without having to select it after it finished playing one I might.
