68 years. :p

Clearly, 28 is the cut off point for having any value here.

You and I have apparently passed our "use by" date! I, too, am 68.:(

Just remember...you are only truly young for a few years, but if you play your cards right, you can be immature your whole life.;)

I'm greatly amused by the incredibly narrow options!

As am I. And by the incredibly narrow age bands....within those options.

To the OP: Seriously, is that how you see the world? Under 16? 17-21? 22-27? And over 28? Ye gods.....

Anyway, as far as I am concerned concerning anything of this sort, I find I have to use my fingers, or an abacus....or my memory.

Let's see: Examines digits and ponderously begins to count along the lines of "One, two, three....many"....

By using the term Logans Run you have already identified yourself as 40+!:D

Nope! I'm 33, and I know what Logan's Run is. I remember watching it while flipping through the channels late at night back when I was a teenager. Ran across it on USA, on some show being hosted by Joe Bob Briggs.

That last sentence should pretty much confirm me as a child of the 90's. USA was great for anything involving Joe Bob, Duckman, and...this one I could never figure out...softcore porn with all the good bits removed. Yeah, they aired softcore porn for the story. I wonder who thought that was a good idea.

USA was always good for cop shows that always ended up at a pool with bikinis.

But it never went past that. Oh, it'd tease you. It'd built up to the point where it's close, but then you'd see a quick, sloppy cut, and it'd show the scene afterwards. For a teenager who hadn't even heard of the internet, let alone had access to it, it was an absolutely hellish thing to endure.

That's why to this day I consider it one of the cruelest networks on TV.

What is this "three" you speak of?

What is this "three" you speak of?

Yes, (consults digits, gets confused, restarts count, includes thumb by mistake, restarts again. One, two,....Hm, yes, this is indeed a most distressingly complicated business...maybe I should try counting my toes instead.)

You could well be quite right. It is possible that the concept of 'three' and the concept of 'many' (as in, something, anything, greater than the figure of two) are inexplicably intertwined in my mind, and that I suspect that - deep down - they may be one and the same thing. Numerically speaking, that is.

I'm 60, and I now have mixed feelings about President Frost's plans regarding LSD concentration camps for people over 30... (although I thought differently about it once upon a time...)
