I got my iPhone 4 a year ago this week. I was one of the idiots that was holding out for a white model or else I would have got one at launch.

Still using a 3GS, personally - excited to upgrade regardless of whether the exterior design has changed at all. I'd love to see a different design (didn't upgrade to the 4 mostly because I hated how it looks) - but the only thing that would actually disappoint me is if Assistant isn't, in fact, coming.

Hell, if I can only launch apps and send texts with it I'll be tickled. I drive a Mustang with Sync in it and listen to Pandora radio over my iPhone - if someone calls me I can answer/talk via the cars bluetooth - but I can't get back to Pandora without looking at my phone, just being able to re-launch that or send a text message without having to look at my phone will be worth the price of the upgrade for me.

I've had my 3GS since the first month of launch. Its been 2 plus years. I'm selling it right now and hoping to get a reasonable amount of money for it so I can use towards the new 4S or 5.

Launch day iPhone 4, so it is about 15 months + 9 days old as of today.

I don't plan to upgrade until next year, but I never tend to use any phone for more than two years. I can get bored quickly with any of them. With the way tech is moving so fast, that two years of using a smartphone might be cut to about 21 months or less. By the time I pick up a dual core phone in a few months, a quad core phone gets announced.

Days.

It's my 5th upgrade this year and if Rogers didn't changed the Hardware Upgrade, I would sell my new hTc EVO 3D and pick up iPhone 5.

My budget is $500, I'm sure no one will be selling it anywhere close. LOL :(

I will have to wait I guess, probably Spring 2012 before prices go down.

16 months. Planning on keeping it for another 12 months before upgrading again, unless Apple pulls something extraordinary tomorrow. (I'm talking frickin' laser beams on the phone!! :D )

I have a Pantech Jest (which sucks). I have had it for 13 months now. Can't wait to replace it! :)

10 months on my iPhone 4 right now. Still holding out pretty good and expect to get another 6-8 months of use out of it.

I've been using my Samsung Eternity for about 3 years and can't wait to upgrade.

I was going to upgrade last year when my contract ended, but then the Verizon rumors kicked in so I waited... then the white iPhone rumors... then it was May/June and we all expected something... at this point, I barely even care what they unveil tomorrow- I want it.

While there are a few features I'll actually miss from this phone, I've been needing a legit smartphone for too long, would love a decent camera, and (more than anything else) I'm really tired of this old phone restarting itself or missing texts every hour.

I'm using my Samsung Alias, purchased in March 2008 (I had another phone, but it broke). So needless to say, I'm getting the new iPhone no matter what it is.

I've had my 3gs since 10-31-09. It is on it's 3rd glass screen and it has a crack starting to form on the bottom backside. I can't wait to upgrade to whatever comes out of hiding tomorrow.

3GS From july 09. Need something w/ more space(priority). Being that im off contract, im keeping a level playing field in which phone to get

I might be a little spoiled.... My phone that I'll be replacing will just be 6 months old. I do work with a lot of technology at my job, and our entire IT department is required to use iPhones. So since I was recently promoted into the department, I was getting an iPhone sooner or later anyway lol.

I liked my EVO. I like Apple's integration with iTunes better.

Still with the original iPhone 2G, since launch day, 2007. I suppose I'm due for an upgrade, but why? I'm pleased with my phone and love using PDANet with unlimited at $20. a month.

Sure, EDGE is slow but I'm in no hurry.

(Do have the iPad 2 and the new 27" iMac. Just can't see replacing my iPhone right now...)

Using the OG Droid (equivalent to an underpowered 3GS). At the time is was a great phone, and built like a tank at that. But its age is showing. And Id dropped it yesterday. And laughed. Cause Im ready for it to go :)

Audiovox CDM9900. Had it for something like 6 years now (phone released in late 04, I got it shortly before xmas). Battery life is garbage (original battery btw) and it has taken to not connecting when trying to calls of late. It can go on the web, but I never took it online and would be afraid to see what it could even get to now.

According to the stats i've just rolled into my 1065th hour of talk time on the device and i've basically been waiting for a truly new iPhone to hit VZW since the launch of the original iPhone. There was no way I was rolling to a 6 month old 4 when it came out... boy has Apple taught me.
