5'4", also female, 125lbs.

Another thing people don't realize is that us women have much smaller pockets. I keep seeing people that can't believe that +'s can't fit in pockets. Men's pants must have huge pockets, I can't even get the regular 6 to fully fit in most of my pockets. If I put it in the front pocket it pokes out, and when I sit I am forced to take it out, as it will get pushed out by my upper thigh.

The most difficult thing I've found to do one handed is reader mode in safari. It's a bit of a reach, but I can do it without moving my hand. What other instances did you come across that would be more difficult?

The things I had a problem with specifically were...

Using the sleep on/off button one handed. It's something I use every time I use the phone, when I'm done with it, I've always pressed the button to sleep the phone. Same with ending phone calls, it's how I end phone calls and it wasn't possible with the 6+.

Then the notifications/quick reply drop down from the top of the screen. You can't reach it on the 6+ and Reachability doesn't work on it.

Third, you can't access Notification Center on the lock screen because again, Reachability doesn't work on the lock screen so there is no way to access it one handed.

Are you a lefty? The sleep button is right where my thumb sits if I'm holding it in my right hand.

I haven't had a problem getting to notifications or notifications center, but my hands are pretty large. I could see how that could be a problem though.

That's me on the right. The plus is still too big for me.

Seriously ? Next we get a topic asking about penis size to see if anyone is trying to match it with the iPhone. Jeez.

I'm weird in the sense that I'm not a lefty except when it comes to using my phone which I use with my left hand and talk in my left ear. :p

I'm surprised you can reach notification that come down from the top, as you can see in this video I made, I definitely couldn't.

6" isn't "tall." We do stand over most, but not by much. 2" isn't a while bunch to be proud of. I played with the 6+ for exactly no minutes and decided it was too large for me. Height means nothing, it's all about hand size.

Actual tallness (not a word, right?) Does have more advantages than just physical reach. Albeit most are social, and/or subjective.

6 feet is pretty tall, especially when compared to other countries around the world. The average American male stands around 5'9, 5'10. The extra 2" does make a difference. Seems negligible in number format, but when you're looking at the top of a 5'10 dude's head, you're going to notice.

That being said I'm 6' and while I love the plus and can text one handed with it, I hate not being able to reach the top of the screen without using the software feature.

I'm 6'3" my hands are 8" and a bit long and about 4.5" wide when I close all my fingers and thumb in tight.
I find the 6+ really comfortable to use, couldn't be happier with it.
When I have to do something on my missus 6, it feels tiny and definitely too small for me now.

I've posted this before but as its kind of relevant here it is again (my 6+ in my hand.) Just my relaxed hand, I'm not stretching out to hold it. It's the same way I hold all of my phones although the rest are a lot smaller in my hand :D

This is why these and any other phones are subjective. One man's meat is another man's poison and all that.

Holding the phone this way limits the mobility of your thumb. Sure it's great to show size, but most people don't hold a phone this way when using it. They rest the bottom of the phone on their pinkie, giving their thumb a greater range of movement.

6'7" and Palm a basketball with two fingers. I think the plus is too big for a phone

I'm 5'3" and have comically small hands (palm to top of middle finger is only 6 inches and ring size is a 4.5), and I got the Plus and love it. I already pretty much had to use the 5 two handed for most things, so not really much of a change for me. The on-screen keyboard is actually more comfortable.

Which is exactly how I hold it when I'm actually using it as well, the photo was just to show it in hand for scale purposes. It's all very well putting in your height and hand size but sometimes it's nice to have an actual visual representation of something.

When I'm holding it in an actual use position my thumb can still reach the top of the screen and only the very top right corner of the screen is just out of reach. But if I shift my grip slightly I can reach it also.

Everyone shorter than me is short. To me. I just wouldn't call myself "tall" is all. I don't think being 3" above the national average is "much taller" and in my experience, I'm pretty average in height.

Look at that, I am being trolled.

I'm getting pissed off because you're saying people shorter than 6' are short how is that YOU being trolled?
