How the 'Find My' App in iOS 13 and macOS Catalina Works

Hi,
Now in iOS 12 there an option to 'share location from'. For example switching your location to another device or "faking" your location.

Why isn't this in iOS 13? I downloaded the beta and there's no option for it.
