Howe do I burn 4 tiger disks from that site. Do I have to burn an image? Also, are there any disk burning software made for Windows that can burn .dmgs

Disk Utility will allow you to burn ISOs/DMGs, this application is in utilities. EDIT: Disk Utility is a Mac only application, just grab a USB and transfer the downloaded DMG/ISO from your Windows to your Mac

Also I recommend putting more into titles like “How to burn Tiger disc” as it’s helpful to forum comers looking at new threads and the search engine for threads

i dont have any macs with dvd-r/cd-rw drives

I think it might be easier to just buy a second hand copy of Tiger (or Leopard) on ebay or CL.

Turn on Target Disk mode on the g3. Connect firewire between the Macs. Boot the Mac with the CD-ROM off of the g3 that is in Target Disk mode.

Setup bootp on the g3 -- not an easy thing to setup but possible. Connect ethernet between the Macs. Network boot the Mac with the CD-ROM off of the g3 that is running bootp.

It is also possible to boot off of USB drives or firewire drives that have bootable Mac OS X on them.

After https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/how-to-burn-tiger-disc.2078764/ I told you to use the demo of Transmac to burn the 4 CD. If they were .DMG The thing is you need Toast or Mac OS X disc utility to mount/burn toast files.

There are a lot of workarounds. Google cant hurt. https://www.google.com/search?q=how...x-b&gfe_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=JQDuWdPNGoSt8weu15LYBA

The .toast files found on some sites can be converted to .iso by literally just changing the file extension. I managed to burn Tiger CDs with my PC using that method. Easy peasy.
