I believe it was "1" to "check an att.com order," then I punched in the order number and it told me a whole lot of nothing about the status. Then "0" to speak to someone about the order.I called this phone number as well, and I ended up getting a lady who told me to call the exact same number. Yes. Well, it changed from November of 2011, but yes, I'm now "eligible for discounted pricing" again. I confirmed with the rep I spoke with that when I activated the phone I get from Apple, that will initiate the upgrade at that time.Did your contract renewal date change back from 2012?
