How to change system font?

I think Yosemite would look better if it used the standard 'Helvetica' instead of 'Helvetica Neue'.

Any ideas on how to force such a change?

The in-house Apple designed front for the Apple Watch - San Francisco works on OS X Yosemite. Looks brilliant on my non-retina iMac 27-inch.
