If SMART is not enabled for MACBOOK 12 drive, how Windows will retrieve this information? Maybe a workaround in terminal session? iostat -Id disk0?

I don't believe there is any way to do that without a third party tool like smartmon or similar like you menitioned. This line in Terminal will show if SMART status is verified, bit that's all. Code: diskutil info disk0
