DRINK a Litre of HFCS.

You'll either Die, Get Diabetes or go off sweet foods for a long time.

Update:

I have cut out all Soda for weeks and will occasionally snack on like a rice krispie treat or Caprisun pouch in between meals, but I have dramatically cut down my sugar consumption.

Right now I'm 6'0 195 pounds, not sure on Body Fat %.

This is where my body is at right now. Visible stretchmarks under the arm because I gained like 35 pounds in a span of 2.5 months last year when I started weight lifting, gallon of milk a day diet with a lot of whey protein... solid amount of muscle, just fat covering it which I want to lose.

Just curious what you guys would classify my body shape as and how much weight I should look to lose. Any more tips would be appreciated, also.

Dude that Body is fine. If you want to show off your muscles just keep on lifting weights and eating healthy, you'll loose the body fat eventually. I hope that Gallon of milk a day thing isnt literal.

Also stop yer whining, I get stretch marks after most of my workouts just from the pump.

Gallon of milk a day was literal. Whole milk too. Back in January I was an absolute twig and couldn't seem to get my body to eat enough to gain weight, so I decided to load up on whole milk. Worked, obviously. Gained about 35 pounds in a little over two months. Most of it muscle but also a quite bit of fat.

Jesus, 3L of milk a day. You know, there are probably cheaper ways to get the same calories and nutrients.

All that dairy must be doing hell on your Lymphatics and Sinuses.

I don't do it anymore, haha. But yeah, it was expensive but I got used to it, and most importantly, it worked.
