How to disable the El capitan SIP with a non-efi GPU?

I have a 5.1 cMP and a GTX980 gpu

I want to do the audio over HDMI trick, but after a non working install procedure I realized that I need to disable the SIP.

I have lost my 5770...

Any tip?

Reboot into single user recovery mode.
CMD + S + R
Give it plenty of time to boot, then press enter a few times, then type csrutil disable.
Wait a minute and then type reboot and hit enter.
Done.
