iPhone X How to ensure Siri can read my texts out loud while driving?

Whenever I have tried this while I’m driving using driving do not disturb mode it asks me to enter my pin or Face ID. Seems very stupid. Any way to fix this 🙂

No. It's for general privacy. You can try to mitigate it via Privacy setting. Also, Carplay?

I have a Volvo v40cc sadly no CarPlay 🙁

Mine comes up on nav screen and can then be selected by my nav controller to be read out loud. Just had to set up bluetooth between iPhone and my car.
