I've just check that ebay auction out but IMO, it doesn't seem like it is making the screen better, does it? :confused:
 
I have to ask, OP, are you associated with the vendor? I notice you have made several threads on the same exact subject, but your association is a bit unclear. Are you a customer? Employee? Investor? Or what?

Dunno...I guess it would be hard to tell unless you have both screens in front of you. Reviews of the TechRestore upgrade have mentioned that the matte LED LCD is not as bright as glossy, however that's pretty standard with most matte screens. The color looks pretty good IMHO.

How's the craftsmanship on that installation? There's been a few pics of the 15" that made it seem like the upgrade wouldn't be appealing. Could you take a close up for us? And like i asked before, are the black levels better? I'm very interested in sending in my macbook for this upgrade within the next week.
