Maybe it's because he wasn't serious in the first place?

The dude just wanted to brag about his body fat %. Around 9% is where you don't even have to flex to show your six pack. The guy is at 7.6%

I haven't had to flex in months to show off the six pack indeed. I've even started getting all the details in the shoulder muscles and pectorals out.

Heck, I'm now looking into gaining about 5 lbs of muscle mass so that while I don't shed body fat, I'll shed body fat % more (it's summer and warm now, I can ride in a T-shirt on the motorcycle just fine).
