How to get into DFU mode with broken home button

Ok so today at work i dropped my 3gs off a very high roof. Now my home button is broken and my phone wont sync with itunes. I figure if i put the phone into DFU mode itunes will recognize my phone..any way to do this without a home button

You can do it software wise, but you would need jailbroken iPhone, which you can't achieve because of broken button.

Even if u could, putting a broken iPhone that fell from a roof into dfu mode will not magically fix the phone components that broke from the impact.

take it to apple, and say it just blew up in ur hand one day while u were reading your fmls. 😀

There is not a way to enter hardware DFU mode without using hardware buttons.
