How to get the most battery life possible

I tried this, and my MBP does not get as hot as it used too. The screen is a bit sluggish, but in all it is a great life hack! Thank you!
I got to school for 7 hours on certain days, and at low brightness and with only small programs like word open(Occasionally internet), I get through the entire day with 4-5 hours of battery left. When it's fully charged under these conditions, it can push 10 hours.
Get an extension called "Flash Block". Same thing as click to flash.
Treestar, LOL battery ninja. I loled at the black wallpaper. I have never even SEEN 20:00 on my battery meter, let alone 7:00. Even after a full charge and calibration, brightness down to 50%, i get at most 4 hours. ...which quickly turns to 2-3 hours. I'd say on average I get about 2-3 hours and it's dead. But, I have the 2011 MBP 13" with LION, and the 2011 in my experience has way crappier battery life than the 2010 which I had before I upgraded.
I have had my wife's MB at 13 hours. But it was so dark and slow it was not worth it. She has lion now and gets about 7 hours on average.
