How To Ignore A Bluetooth Device

I've been having trouble getting Mac OS to ignore a second Magic Mouse that I own. I want to use one Magic Mouse in Mac OS, and the other in Windows 10 dual boot. However, Mac OS wants to auto-connect the bluetooth mouse that I want to use in Windows 10. As a result, I can't get Windows 10 to remember the Magic Mouse I want to use there.

Is there any way to tell Mac OS to ignore a Magic Mouse and NOT auto-connect it?
