Anyway to play Spotify music while watching YouTube tv on mute?

The most fun time to have is when you subscribe to a channel paying money for it and the videos you get via it are neither downloadable nor do they play with screen of (think video podcast). Dos not matter if you have Premium or not on top of the Chanel sub. It's so weird.
