How to Make Your iPhone Screen Less Bright in Bed

Interesting. I wish there was something similar to make volume 1 even quieter. Somehow the first vol level is still pretty damn loud and it’s plagued iPhones for years.
 
Can anyone help me out? I'm running an iPhone 13 Mini, and this does not work for me. Triple click on side button only launches Apple Pay.
 
I don’t find most macrumors useful, but this one was good! Something that bugged me for a while, but I didn’t know there was a fix for. Thanks!
 
The hardest part is remembering to turn if back off the next day or week or forever
