iPhone X How to recover photos?

I recently deleted photos from "Recently deleted" and I want them back. I sadly do not have a backup and I talked with APple Support but they couldn't help me either.

Are there any apps that could help me or ways?

You can go into recently deleted folder or you may have to download a third-party app to restore the photos or you can go to get the enigma recovery app from app store recover photos.

They are gone, long gone.

Yep- they’re gone unless you have another device that hasn’t synced with iCloud such as a computer that’s been powered off.
