I obtained a Mac Mini my place of work was planning to otherwise throw away. It's an A1347 with three accounts at the login, none of which I have the password for (I already tried the usual ones we use at work) so I plan on going back and asking for one of the passwords, but chances that someone has the login information stored somewhere on an older machine we rarely used feel pretty slim and I should know of a plan B.
Bottom line is I'd like to get the machine restored to factory settings, preferably with all data currently on it purged, so that my mother can use the device for web browsing, and seeing the photos she takes with the camera I'm giving her.
