All kinds of ways
Most people have offered one or two of their favorites. In truth, there are many ways to access a PDF file on your iPad. I personally convert all of my travel reservations to PDF, so I have used most of them.
1. iBooks - There are two ways to get your PDF files into iBooks, load them from your computer or you can email the to yourself, open on your iPad ...Open with iBooks. The simplest option.
2. Dropbox - App is free and is a great place to store a PDF file or 50.
3. Google OneDrive (Google Drive) - Also free, great if you have a gmail account. Also has access to Google Docs.
4. Evernote - Great if you have it, are a University student, or doing research, if not, don't worry too much about it.
5. Goodreader - Has great reviews, but I personally have never used it.
There are four or five more, but these are your best options. Good luck.
