Using safari on my iPhone has almost made Macrumors forums unusable. EVERY time I go to a new thread it back to the main I have a painful ad that has to scroll all the way up before I can move. I have safari set to block pop ups, any ideas?!?

I can see an ad first popping up when you first hit the site, but on every thread and return to the main forums is just ridiculous.

I'm not sure what you are describing. The ad at the top of the page?

I'm getting the same thing... Sponsored local ads in the middle or bottom of threads pages, like this one. Im able to block ads while browsing on my computer, but can't find a way to block them while browsing MR on my ipad. That's why I seldom visit it while on my iPad. Is there a way to limit them?

They are just ads that support the forum. They don't really seem particularly intrusive just more or less typical banner ads appearing in some places, mostly at the bottom of threads or some pages, which isn't too bad as far as a free site being able to have some revenue to support itself.
