Yes...it started to wobble so I assumed it stopped spinning. It doesn't matter because Cobb got what he wanted.

A few years ago we though the original iPods were unstoppable, look now. Very few people have a click-wheel iPod.

yes but why did the iPod die?
because something better came along...the iPod touch

IF the iPhone "dies" it will be because a better way of interfacing with the device will have been created. I believe it will continue to be the iPhone, but it won't be like the product we know today, just like an iPod Touch is still an iPod, but isn't like the clickwheel iPods of the past...a better way was created.

I think so...yes
I believe the reason they didn't show it drop was to create more suspense, and to show that Cobb didn't really care if it was real or not. He got what he wanted in the end. And by not showing it drop, it allows the audience to get what they want out of the movie...if you want it to be real, it is. If you want it to have all been a dream, it is. If you want some combination in between, it is.

But, at least in Nolans mind, I think it did drop
