How would you revamp Ebay?

What do you guy's think of mass selling consumer electronics online, mainly using ebay and paypal? How can I be safest?

If they say I sent a brick? what should I do? Prove my feedback as a trust worthy safety net?


I would like some help.

If you are going to be selling hundreds of pieces of equipment on eBay, you will probably have to get used to writing off some portion of your sales to theft.

I have not found a reliable way to get around the brick-in-a-box problem. PayPal suggested having a police officer inspect the contents before handing the package over to FedEx but good luck with that. It is hard enough to get a cop to come to you when you have been in an accident and need a report let alone 10 times a week to watch you ship auctions.

You really think it's that bad? I highly doubt they would be in business if they failed to be useful on both ends on that many transactions.
