HTC EVO 4G 3D and iPhone, 3D is the future?

Well, after playing on a Nintendo 3DS today I would welcome a 3D capable phone....it's truly amazing.

3D technology has been around longer than the color TV.

Ok, that's all well and good but the fact remains that all those iterations (as far as I understood) required glasses or something similar to view. For most people that is not good enough. Who wants to take glasses with them whenever they need to use their phone. What I'm talking about is the less obstuctive glasses-less 3D. I dont think thats come far enough to be widely implemented. The Evo 3D and similar products are reported to have terrible viewing angles, something I think should be fixed/improved before going into the mass market.

Again, this is just my opinion. I'm sure 3D will be huge in the future, but at the moment I can't see myself adopting it as long as there are decent alternatives
