It ain't that crucial for me. It's a streaming app. I don't place that much emphasis on it. There are far, far, far more important things in this world than Hulu's sub-optimal UI. Human tragedies are taking place around us. All around the world people are suffering. The pain is real and visceral. So Hulu's issues are minuscule compared to the chaos I'm referencing.Tolerable? It's so bad that I skip using it most of the time. It's an exercise in frustration and a waste of time. I also disagree that content brings forgiveness. I don't care if they have every title that ever existed. If it's a burden to use the app to find and watch it, it's not worth it.
Finally! This is long overdue. The only UI worse than Hulu's is Amazon Prime Video.
Interesting. I have not ever been to Hulu yet for some reason. I'll have to take a look just from curiosity.
I did wander into Prime Video once looking for something and got lost in a fit of giggles over one of their search-suggestions gone haywire, think it asked me if I had meant "arugula" and pointing the way to Amazon Fresh. It was like getting on the bus and just a few blocks down the road discovering I had passed into another country. It was so disorienting that I couldn't remember why I had boarded the bus to begin with. I ended up back at Netflix.
