Hyper Introduces MagSafe-Compatible Charging Stand for iPhone 12 and AirPods

Belkin allegedly was going to produce one of these 2-way chargers (iPhone + AirPods) that supported iPhone MagSafe full-rate charging, but instead is going with one of the 3-way chargers (iPhone + AirPods + Apple Watch). Since I don’t have an Apple Watch, I was waiting for the release of the 2-way charger...which never showed up. Even though it’s not full-speed like the vaporware Belkin, I’m going to buy one of these Hyper combo-chargers as my overnight iPhone/AirPod holder/charger. It’s “good enough” for my needs.

Only difference is that the Belkin one will charge fully at 15W where the Mopoint is only 7.5.

It's been "coming soon" since before their 3-way MagSafe charger was announced. I believe it's going to be the "Duke Nukem Forever" of charging stands...

Oh, there's that shallow cup o' coffee (or it hot chcoolate with marshamllows?), just waiting to tempt Fate; just waiting for some unexpected swoop of the hand (or a pet to jump up on the desk) to knock it over all across that priceless $10,000 set up!

As a member of the graphic arts industry before the day of Apple, I do wish some Art Directors would just once get a clue. No drinks anywhere near any electronics!

Oh, I was waiting for that one as well, since I already have an AW charger...

Are you sure the 2-in-1 was cancelled, because it's still listed on their website as "available soon".

Edit: Okay saw your reply to another post. Well let's hope it'll release in the end, would hate to spend 150€/$ on the 3-way charger...

Really dumb how Hyper says it gives High Speed charging for the iPhone 12. High speed my ass when they don't use the official MagSafe charging standard making them literally half as fast.
