I am 100% certain that I feel asleep one night and then woke up in an alternate universe

I think of a dongle as a small thingie that you plug into a port and it just hangs there. Security devices and wireless access points would be prime examples.

I think of an adapter as a small thingie that you plug into a port and then plug some other cable into.

Then again, I've seen pass-through security dongles (so you could put one on a serial port but continue using the port for your printer as well), so that ruins my tidy definitions.

I went to bed Saturday night and woke up Sunday morning to find my Brita water pitcher filled with Bailey's Irish Cream.

Ambien strikes again.

I always enjoy a good ambien story.

The last time I took ambien, years ago, I woke up to find my wallet, keys, and phone hidden in the drawers of my bathroom. That was after I woke up to find that I had dumped 3 boxes of paper clips into my bed.

After that I decided never again.
