OP, you will love the Max. Notifications are easy to set per app as others have said. If you have any issues people on these forums are helpful and you'll get quick responses. Good luck!

Sorry about that, I just hate when people bash either OS. I’ve used both for a long time and I think they are both great but I just much prefer iOS. Enjoy your max though!

Have you decided if your going to use iCloud?

Got my xsmax in hand and now will take some time learning the system.

The only thing that is different IMHO is the settings everything else is just touch based UI.

Having said that I’m a Nexus/Pixel person not Samsung

Simply put, MY max comes the 22nd. I am an ex-android samsung owner and needing to know does the screen Wake upon notifications? I am a fast acclimater to devices but any answer will do.

people, i have my gold xs max and need to know if you use imgur for linking photos to post and how to get it to work with apple.Samsung was zero effort.

I upload to it and use to give me a link to copy. option isn't there on ios.

ad yes the screen and flash illuminates and wakes well as i see.

It’s all about perception especially if you’ve been around a while. If I could have modern HW and a modern OS on my Blackberry 8830 I’d be in heaven
