I think Apple made it a point this time to cut the scalpers off at the knees by making sure that supply met demand. I believe in free enterprise, but part of the reason there was such a demand last time was because of all the *insert expletive of choice here* scalpers helping to cause shortages. In my opinion, buying up stock to take advantage of people is no better than robbing the local Apple retailer and then selling them across the street to people who couldn't buy them for retail at the store because you stole their stock. No matter how you try to justify it, it's dirty pool.
Good on Apple for addressing the problem this time.
