SOrry but there are people who will not get an iPad because of the few greedy. I own a business and believe in the free market but you are just low life scalping if you charge over retail.

Take them back so they can sell them to someone who would really appreciate it. OR give one to a valued friend. You will feel actually good for doing such a nice deed! I know my VP was tickled when I gave him my 64 3G today.

Yes! I'm happy that Apple did this launch right, and made sure that you could pre-order (and apparently have enough units at retail to meet most demand). People like the OP are lowlifes who ruin things for everyone. Why should you get to profit? Because you figured out a way to order multiple units sooner than everyone else? You are entitled to zero, and I'm glad that is what you are going to get.

For sure. There are new 16GIG Verizon models for $700 Buy It Now on eBay. That's less than I paid for mine from Apple.

Best Buy is loaded with them here (at 2PM) in Union NJ store.

I have one coming in the Mail from Apple today. Last night I got 3 from Walmart to try to make a profit because I thought they were going to run out. I listed them for $675 but since they are still in stock my plan has failed. I wonder if I should return them for a refund. All are White 16GB Wifi. What do you guys think? I have 15 days to return them for a refund no restocking fee

I think Apple made it a point this time to cut the scalpers off at the knees by making sure that supply met demand. I believe in free enterprise, but part of the reason there was such a demand last time was because of all the *insert expletive of choice here* scalpers helping to cause shortages. In my opinion, buying up stock to take advantage of people is no better than robbing the local Apple retailer and then selling them across the street to people who couldn't buy them for retail at the store because you stole their stock. No matter how you try to justify it, it's dirty pool.

Good on Apple for addressing the problem this time.

Just walked into Best Buy and bought one at 3PM. They said they had about 60 total remaining. Huntsville, AL location.
