You can't delete your Macintosh HD when you're booted from it. The system will not allow that. Try booting into recovery and tell us what you see by using Disk Utility from Utilities. Boot to recovery by pressing Command + R when you hear the boot chime. Keep holding those keys down until you see the Apple appear.

If your hard drive appears (including the name of your hard drive) in Disk Utility, then you should be OK --- just reinstall OS X. Easy to do that from the "recovery mode" system menus. You won't lose your own files, or apps that you might have installed.
Notice that you can see some other choices at the time that you select Disk Utility. One of those other choices is "Reinstall OS X" (it will show "Reinstall macOS" on a newer system, but it's the same process!)
This reinstall just copies a fresh set of your operating system files. Then, restarts, finishes the install with those downloaded files. The install process might take more than 30 minutes, but you should boot back into your hard drive, no harm done.

Booting to your Recovery system: Restart while holding Command + r

What are you using for an internet connection?

Quit Disk Utility (from that screen that you posted), which should return you to the main menu screen for your recovery system. Choose Reinstall OS X...

You are in the right place :)
Choose "Reinstall OS X", and continue with that.
Make sure that your Macintosh HD is selected, when it asks for the destination for the install, and that should be all you need to do.

[doublepost=1508092881][/doublepost]

click the Macintosh HD
I have no back up but on the top one I can create a partition By the way I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing
