Nope, me neither. When I want to use the iPad for music I use the Pandora app. I only have a 16GB model, I don't want to waste any space on music.

I got prolly 3 gigs of music. Had 6, but trimmed it down. Most of it is albums that are not on the radio, or pandora. When i get a new phone(iphone or galaxy s2). I'll get rid of the music.

To be honest, I only ever used my gen 1 for apps and magazines and ebooks. It paid its dues until I sold it to fund some stuff I needed. Now I am waiting on my gen 2 and as before its basically going to be a netbook without the physical keyboard and one that I can hold easily in the toilet 😛

I have about 12 gigs of music on my 64 GB. I find it useful for streaming to an airport and Apple TV without needing to have a mac on all the time instead. The iPad seems to stream more reliably than the mac or iPhone for some reason, maybe the antenna is better?

Also when travelling, it's easier to just be dealing with one device on the plane...so I can read an ebook whilst listening to music from the iPad and keep the phone switched off.

I also like the iPod interface on the iPad, it's nicely laid out. Having 64gb makes all this possible though....if I had less memory I might do things differently.

depends what you want out of your music. i find pandora has the most bland, "b side" selections of music and really don't like it. many other stations out there that play good, new stuff.

I have a lot on mine, but have listened to it rarely since it is also on my iPhone. Really it is more just because I have 64 gb of space, so why not.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8H7 Safari/6533.18.5)

By accident one album from Billy Joel; did not yet deleted it and keep it as kind of fall back scenario when my iPhone is on around; normally never happen. No iPad dont really serve as music player.

i'll add i bought the 32gig model because i like having all my music with me for the convenience (4000+ songs). (i can aux into my car, or play them at home or work with the docks).

I'm a music nut so I have selections on everything my iPod touch droid x and iPad but most is on my classic but I need to have some with me at all times just in case

i just ordered a 64 gig ipad2 wifi only most of my video's will be put on it that are now on my 64gig 3rdgen touch to make room for more of my music on the touch the then will be loaded with some of my other videos that wont go on the ipad wish we could gig like 1 terabyte flash that was cheap to put in the ipad and phone and touch for the price they are now

My music is on my Evo. iPad has no music on it. Not because I do not NEED music on iPad, but because I hate iTunes.

20 gigs of music on mine but I use home sharing when I am at home. And then the rest is filled with 25 gigs of anime.
