No damage--thanks to the bumper. It's fallen out of my lap when I get out of the car twice and I drive a really tall car, probably about a four foot drop. The bumper is a lifesaver, what a good investment (that became free).

I wish I could show you guys some pictures, but that wouldn't do any justice. My iPhone 3G taking a picture of my unshattered iPhone 4 would be like Shaquille o'Neal watching a middle school basketball game.

Check out this drop:

I must have dropped my 3GS 50 times. It was in an incase slider, no damage.

I love those who choose to go caseless, and many of them imply those who feel the need to use a case just aren't careful. That's a little ridiculous, it's a cell phone, if ever there was an electronic device likely to get dropped multiple times in it's lifetime, it's a cell phone, frankly, I don't see how it's possible to not drop it, at least occasionally, and I'd sure hate to drop this phone without a case on it.

I wonder how many who don't use cases drop the phone, it breaks, and then they realize it's a little foolish to have a small glass computer in your pocket that you're constantly holding, moving around your hands, with you all the time, with no case.

I've dropped mine twice so far on ceramic tile, I'm fairly sure the incase slider saved it.

I dropped my 3G naked dozens of times only getting minor nicks and scrapes. I never liked any 3G/3GS cases. I was the same way with the iP4 until I got my free bumper. I've dropped it a couple times (naked and bumper) with no damage yet.
