Soft touch
A bit difficult to insert the watch in it

I really didn’t mean to belittle your case and I apologize. I fully get that you’re into an activity that requires extra protection. The look of the case won’t matter a bit when you’re climbing.

I got a bumper case for my Apple Watch Ultra that I put on only while lifting weights as I already put a tiny dent on mine after hitting by accident one of my barbells. So from now on, I put the bumper (no screen protector) before starting my lifting workouts. For riding my bike, running, and daily use, I don't use the bumper case. And yes, I do have AppleCare+ for my Apple Watch Ultra.

I think a case on this watch, specifically, defeats the entire purpose of it. No issues if you're happy with it, but I don't see the appeal.

I put it when I do extreme workouts.
Of course I don’t keep it for daily use, specially bravâtes it’s not necessary and the touchscreen doesn’t respond well

Helps with the reflectivity. I realize the ratings are super low but <shrug> first one I put on my watch worked perfectly and doesn't even look like anything is there.

IMO the watch is way too big for a case, but I see a LOT of Apple Watch cases out there, especially on people whose job requires extra protection (LEO, construction, etc).

I never saw people with expensive watches to put cases on them in my life, so I don't understand a fascination to put a crappy case on relatively durable/rugged watch to begin with.

That case makes the watch look like a child's toy. Should add it to the discussion's being had about "can the Ultra be worn with a suit". In this case - no way Jose!

Doesn't surprise me the touch doesn't work that well. I get Sapphire watches so I don't need to put something on the glass to protect it.

They have these 'kid tracker' GPS things in Japan, little toy-like things that you strap onto your kids' wrists that allow you track their location online. That's what this looks like. A cheap, oversized child's plaything. 🤣

I grabbed the Spigen. I got a black one for the color. I had a space gray since being able to purchase and I have ornate dark and black bands that just look awful paired with my ultra. the cover will not be daily but only when I want to wear some of my black bands
