I got this in the mail today, and it was in much better quality than I expected given the low price and free shipping

http://www.meritline.com/iphone-skin-case---p-45201.aspx

Just wanted to pass it on.

They have it available in a number of different colors, I was tempted to order the white one myself. Just go to the main site and do a search for "iPhone 4"

Yep me too. It looks like it will though, I'm sure it was based on the official specs and dimensions posted at apple.com.

I did the same thing for my 3GS last year and that fit perfectly.

Good luck with it. I haven't had a very pleasant experience with cheap cases. Not saying that they are all bad, just the 5 (give or take a few) that I've gotten have all been crap.

Then again... for $2, it beats having nothing for a case until some better ones come along!

When did you order it? I ordered one a couple weeks ago and received the shipment notice, so I am interested to see how long it took. I mainly bought it to last until I can find another case I like better. For $2 it seemed like a no brainer to protect it.

I couldn't agree more!

Of course it did...because it was the same exact design as the previous iPhone...lololololol

I would upload pics but I don't have a camera handy, or a photosite account. It looks exactly the same as it does on the site. It feels very soft to the touch, actually the best feel of any case I've had. That's why I like it so much.

I ordered it the first day you could preorder the iPhone. As soon as I preordered the phone, I ordered this.

I live in Ohio, USA. I'm surprised I got it so fast considering I chose the cheapest shipping option (free shipping).

Thanks op! I just wish I had known about these when I placed my meritline order last week. Picked up a screen protector too, and while neither the case nor the protector are probably insanely great quality, for $5 shipped it gives me something good to put on for the meantime!

Somehow, there's already a review for it:
Fit is 'OK', a little sloppy. The port holes aren't perfectly centered, and the hole for the LED flash is sometimes a bit misaligned. A fairly good case considering the price, but I like using the phone better without it.
I don't think I'd trust the review though. And for $2.30 and free shipping, it's not bad.

I wasn't sure if I trusted the site, as I've never heard of them before, but they have a 9.18 at ResellerRatings.com

That doesnt look that bad, and like someone said before, $4 for a case til something better comes out is better than no case at all. Not sure if Apple will have cases on launch day when I pick up my reserved phone.

How is anyone complaining?

It's $2.30 shipped and it's something to use until a better one comes out. It's a fricken steal.

I actually did the exact same thing (with a similar one on eBay).

I'm not at all impressed with the Apple bumpers--a $30 case that doesn't protect the back? No way!

I plan on using the cheap one until a good quality case from Incase or Griffin makes its way out!

I know I am a newbie here, but I have placed many orders from meritline over the past 2 years. No complaints whatsoever. A few items arrive quickly, but it is usually a couple of weeks as most everything comes from asia. I might have to order this myself.
