Just got my pro today from fedex and driver had me open the box cause it was re taped. This is what I find.

Just contact Apple, if you do so now they can get you a new unit today or shipped out today. Stuff happens, and probably the UPS person was overly rough

Looks like something ran it over, or something incredibly heavy was put on top of it. Hard to question the durability when you really don’t know what happened and have a box that looks like that
 
I was actually joking... I mean it got crushed it’s not apples fault. And I got it through atnt.

Oh wow , Just wondering, On FedEx, what's the name of the sender? I got a label created and I have no clue if its from AT&T or if its from Samsung and I had packages come from both before and its both from the same sender. :(
 
I’ve dropped mine on tile twice, caseless, and not a scratch. I find that after a few days of going caseless you just handle it different without even thinking about it. Now I can’t imagine putting a case on it

It says returns and newgistics. I’ve been on the phone for 3 hours with atnt and apple and can’t get anything done.
 
Yikes! I’m so sorry this happened to you. My FedEx box had some damage as well, but fortunately, the iPhone box and the device inside were all okay. No packing material to protect these phones and the risk for damage goes up exponentially.

The ultimate fault will rest somewhere between AT&T and FedEx - packaging + handling during shipment. Not sure if Apple can help since you didn’t buy from them. It would be great if they did help though. Hopefully you can at least get some replacement sent ASAP.

So upsetting. I feel bad for OP. New phone arrived broken. How disappointing!

Finally got another one ordered. 3-5 business days but I won’t hold my breath. I ordered this one sept 23 and it came today so it wasn’t to much of a wait. Hopefully this one comes in sooner than later.
