Geesh I had signs out on both doors two days early including printed out and signed the drop off sheet as well, so just in case I wasnt there, then he or she could leave my refurbished/new Mac Pro, but NOOOO. I was here all damned day on appointed day, and watching from the main floor, but when I went upstairs for a moment to look at email ever so briefly, I saw fedex screaming past and down the street!!
Fedex did not ring the door bell, did not knock on the door, did ignore my signed authorization to drop off the delicious Mac Pro, and was only there long enough to drop off their "to hell with you and your order" door sticker.
I was steamed, called fedex and they said that since they were still in the nineteenth century and could not contact driver since their drivers have no cell phones or even a fricken radio in the vehicle, I pressed, and she said she would call local warehouse and have them call him - how, with smoke signals? she stumbled and said that um uh well ... Long story short, I called Apple people just to let them know how crummy the fdx service was, and apple offered me a generous credit on my bill if I wanted to just drive down to Brattleboro myself and retrieve it, Thank You Brianna and Christin at Apple Yay
